Every Donation Changes a Life
Chesterbrook Residences welcomes philanthropic support as donations of all sizes make a big difference in the lives of our residents. And, you don’t need to be personally wealthy or have a family foundation to make a donation. In fact, non-wealthy individuals make up the vast majority of donations in America. So the Continuing Care Fund was established in 2007 to help make up the difference between the cost of care and available funds.
So why donate?
Our residents are our family, friends, neighbors, and the middle-income professionals – teachers, librarians, civil servants, and military men and women – who are the kind of people that have made our Falls Church/McLean community such a special place to live. But rising costs in the Washington, DC area and longer life spans have undermined their resources. These special and devoted people quietly gave their whole lives and never asked for anything in return. Now it’s our turn.
Your donation helps to ensure that residents will always have a place they can call home.
Two Ways You Can Help
1. You can make a tax-deductible donation by check or money order by mailing to:
Chesterbrook Residences, Inc.

Falls Church, VA 22043
2. You can make a tax-deductible donation online.
3. You can make a bequest or “legacy gift”
A bequest allows you to support Chesterbrook Residences today and for future generations beyond your lifetime, while reducing your taxable estate. Through your will or a codicil to an existing will, you can leave Chesterbrook Residences a specified gift amount, a specific asset, or a designated percentage of your estate.
No gift is too small and every gift helps to change a life. If you have any questions about giving or want to speak with someone about a specific donation or legacy gift, Contact Us.
