LEARN TO AVOID THE PITFALLS OF ESTATE PLANNING!
(February 25, 2008) – McLEAN/FALLS CHURCH) –
“Pitfalls of Estate Planning” is the topic of the March 12th “Chesterbrook Chat” at the new Chesterbrook Residences in Falls Church, Virginia. Richard Mayberry will be leading this valuable discussion. Mayberry is an elder law attorney with the Mayberry Estate Planning Firm in McLean, Virginia. The forum is free and open to the public.
Mayberry advances an eldercare approach to managing financial and legal burdens as one ages along with preserving and protecting one’s assets in an era where life expectancy has dramatically risen and the concern is focused on the quality of life. “Planning ahead is so critical,” said Chesterbrook Executive Director Chuck Thornton, “We are pleased to have Richard joining us to help in charting the proper paths in estate planning.”
This free “Chesterbrook Chat” will begin at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 12th in the new Chesterbrook Residences. Complementary refreshments will be served. Tours of Chesterbrook Residences are available before and after the “Chat.” Please call 703-531-0781 to reserve your seat.
