Why Donate

Our residents were once middle-income professionals -- teachers, government workers, librarians. They are our friends and our neighbors -- the kind of people who make Falls Church such a special place to live. But rising costs in the Washington, DC area and longer life spans have undermined their resources.

Chesterbrook Residences -- And You -- Bridge The Gap

Chesterbrook Residences established the Continuing Care Fund in 2007 to help make up the difference between the cost of care and available funds. When residents cannot afford rent and other basic needs, even with governmental subsidies, additional financial support from companies, foundations, and individuals ensures that our seniors have a safe, secure place to live and are not forced to move away from their family and friends.

With your help, we can make sure that no resident will ever have to leave his or her home in Chesterbrook Residences because of lack of funds.
