About Chesterbrook Residences

Chesterbrook Residences, Inc. (CRI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and nonsectarian organization created for the purpose of developing, owning and operating a mixed income Assisted Living community. Membership in CRI is open to Northern Virginia congregations and other nonprofit organizations.

Our mission at Chesterbrook Residences is to provide a caring Assisted Living community with an ongoing tradition of affordable housing, offering solutions that enable us to serve residents with a range of incomes and to remain if personal resources diminish. Chesterbrook Residences blends a rewarding and vibrant lifestyle with a wide range of services, living options, luxurious amenities and convenience.
